About the Event

In the midst of busy schedules and constant demands, it can be difficult to find moments of true stillness. This half-day retreat offers a supportive space to slow down, settle the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. Through guided mindfulness practices—including sitting meditation, gentle movement, and quiet reflection—participants will explore simple ways to calm the nervous system and cultivate greater ease and clarity. No prior meditation experience is needed; all students, faculty, and staff are welcome.
