About the Event
We often look outside ourselves for stability and reassurance, yet many of the resources we need for balance and resilience already exist within us. This half-day retreat introduces mindfulness practices that help participants reconnect with inner steadiness, awareness, and self-compassion. Through guided meditation, reflective exercises, and periods of quiet practice, participants will learn practical ways to access calm and clarity even during challenging times. The retreat is open to all levels of experience and offers a restorative pause from the pace of daily life.
