In times of stress & unpredictability, our hearts reflexively close up. How do we cultivate a heart capable of meeting these times of ongoing uncertainty & radical change? How do we soften our judgmental mind, & deepen our ability to love ourselves & others? In this day of practice, composed of silent & guided meditation, reflection, & dialogue, we will explore opening the heart into deeper connection, love, & presence.
